Your Artwork
When you submit a raster image, photograph, scanned art, and sketch to us for vectorization, you confirm that you have legal permissions to use that. You keep the full ownership of your original designs at all times.
We do not claim any copyright over your concepts. Once you pay for your order in full, you also own the finalized vector files we deliver. We simply provide the technical expertise to convert your pixels into scalable vectors.
Acceptable Files
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service for any artwork that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activities, and another creator’s copyrighted material.
Turnaround Times and Revisions
We know deadlines are important for your business. We maintain the deadline for every project. We try our best to complete vector files within our committed turnaround times. Occasional volume-related delays can happen sometimes for external reasons.
If the delivered vector file needs a minor adjustment, we offer revisions to ensure the final product perfectly matches your original specifications.
If you decide to change the core design and submit an entirely different image after the work has begun, that will be processed as a brand-new order rather than a free revision.
Payments and Refunds
Vectorizing is a highly customized digital service. Our refund policy reflects the permanent nature of digital designs. You agree to pay the agreed-upon price at the time you place your order.
We will gladly issue a refund if we fail to deliver your files. Also, we will refund if the final vector contains technical errors that our team cannot fix.
After our designers have begun working on your custom file and you have downloaded the completed vector, we cannot offer refunds. Also, refunds won’t be applicable for the change of mind reason.
Your Account Security
To process your orders smoothly, you may need to provide accurate contact and billing details. You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activities that occur under your account.
If you notice any unauthorized use of your profile, you must notify us immediately. We use a highly secured payment method.
Website Availability and Usage
You agree to use our website in a fair way. You may not attempt to scrape our data, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the server functionality of Vectorizing Service. We work hard to keep the site running flawlessly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our platform at all times.
Limitation of Liability
We are fully committed to delivering high-quality print-ready vector files. We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, and business downsides caused from the use of our services. It is your responsibility to double-check the finalized files for accuracy before sending them off for commercial use.

Our services grow over time. The digital laws also change periodically. We may have to update these rules. When we make changes, we will post the newest version on this page. Those updates mean you accept the revised terms.
